Professional DNS Monitoring
The foundation of internet service stability. Monitor the integrity of your DNS records and be alerted to any unexpected changes or hierarchy issues.
Why monitor DNS infrastructure?
DNS is an invisible but critical system. If DNS fails, your entire service ceases to exist for the world, even if your servers are fine. Pulsitor DNS monitoring regularly checks if your name servers return correct values for all important records (A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, etc.). We track global propagation of changes and warn you about potential "DNS hijacking" or unintentional configuration errors that could lead to email loss or website unreachability.
Advanced check system
What makes Pulsitor powerful out of the box.
Eight record types
Monitor a full range of records including TXT for security (SPF/DKIM) and NS records for zone delegation.
Answers from several regions
We query from multiple independent global resolvers to ensure objective results.
Compared against what you expect
Our algorithm compares the current state with your defined template and logs every value modification.
Confidence in every record
Resolvable from everywhere
Ensure your domain is correctly translated to an IP address by users from any corner of the world.
Hijacking becomes visible
Protect your business from cyberattacks aimed at rerouting your traffic.
A log of every change
Get a historical log of all DNS changes, which is invaluable for diagnosing infrastructure problems.

DNS monitoring questions
Which records matter and why.
Which record types can be monitored?
A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SRV and CAA. Each monitor watches one record type against the value you expect it to return.
How does the check know something changed?
You declare the expected value when you create the monitor. Every run resolves the record and compares it; the incident opens the moment the answer stops matching.
Can I monitor SPF or DKIM?
Yes, as a TXT record. Give the content you expect and you are told when it stops matching — which is usually how a mail deliverability problem is found before the bounces start.
Why monitor NS records?
A changed NS record means the whole zone is being served by somebody else. It is the earliest visible sign of a hijacked domain, and an ordinary uptime check never shows it.
Which plans include DNS monitoring?
Every paid plan, starting at 6 EUR per month.
DNS monitor setup
Enter the domain and select the record type whose stability you want to monitor continuously.
Define the expected value (e.g., server IP address) that the system should verify.
Activate alerts to be the first to know about DNS changes, not hearing it first from clients.
