General Terms and Conditions of Pulsitor Service

Welcome to Pulsitor. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern your access to and use of the Service. The Service is operated by Laravelio s.r.o. hereinafter referred to as ("Provider" or "we").

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you express your full consent to these GTC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Registration is required for full use of the Service. Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account access.
• Be responsible for any activities performed under your account.
• Immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of the account.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account upon suspicion of breach of terms.

Pulsitor provides various types of monitoring including:

• Web Monitoring: Availability check (HTTP/S) and response time.
• SSL/TLS Monitoring: Check for validity and expiration of certificates.
• DNS Monitoring: Tracking changes in DNS records.
• Port Monitoring: Verifying availability of network services (TCP).
• Domain Monitoring: Tracking domain registration expiration date.

The scope of services (check frequency, number of monitorings, data retention period) is defined by your current subscription plan.

The Service is provided in the form of a monthly subscription or in a limited free version.

• Prices: Are listed in the application and are final.
• Payments: Are made in advance. The Provider uses the Stripe service.
• Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Upgrade/Downgrade: When switching to a higher plan, the difference is not charged proportionally; the full amount of the new plan price is paid. When switching to a lower plan, the change takes effect from the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Service fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests are assessed individually.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you will have access to paid features until the end of the current subscription period.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these GTC, legal regulations, or if your actions threaten the stability of the Service.

The User Agrees to:

• Not use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt the integrity of the Service or the Provider's infrastructure.
• Monitor only the infrastructure for which they have legal authorization or owner's consent.

The Provider Agrees to:

• Make every effort to ensure continuous operation of the Service.
• Ensure protection and integrity of User data in accordance with personal data protection laws.

All software, design, text, logos, and graphics of Pulsitor are the intellectual property of the Provider. By using the Service, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the platform itself.

Data generated by monitoring (historical availability data) belongs to you. You grant the Provider a license to process it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will always be error-free or continuous.

The Provider is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, data, or reputation caused by a Service outage.
• Non-delivery of notifications due to third parties (email providers, SMS gateways, Slack/Discord API).
• Damages caused by incorrect configuration of monitorings by the user.
